sometimes people said that a designer is able to complete multiple task(for example, design for website layout and progrmming...) for a company prove to be much versatile and valuable than others.
But i m really confuse coz i m a web designer and but im not interested in programming, but im working in a small company where ther is no programmer to do coding for the website, so i got no choice but to search all the resource online....as days pass by, i grew tired of myself.....i try to accept and learn coding all by myself but it was just tough to get into my head, as if i understand for few days and forgot after a week, coz ther are so many thing to concerntrate on,.... design, programmin, flash programme, web coding, animation,.......

if multitasking make designer more versatile in the industry then why do people still say practice make perfect when concerntrating on a single task.....
